DDA Special Housing Scheme

The Delhi Development Authority has launched the DDS Special Housing Scheme to provide affordable housing facilities to people located in different parts of Delhi. Under this scheme, a 25% discount on all the flats across different locations and income groups will be provided to the people of all the categories. Purpose of the DDA Special Housing Scheme

The primary objective of the DDA Special Housing Scheme is to provide affordable housing facilities to the people of Delhi. Under this scheme, a 25% discount will be provided to the people on the flats to the poor citizens of Delhi. The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the people who belong to the economically weaker section. This scheme aims to reduce homelessness and provide foldable housing to the disadvantaged group of the people of Delhi. All the applicants want to apply and this scheme can apply before 31st March 2025. 

Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi 
• Applicants who are receiving the benefit of PM Vishwakarma and pm Svanidhi scheme can apply under this scheme. 
• Candidates who a construction workers, auto or cab drivers, women, ex-servicemen, and all belonging to economically weaker sections are eligible to apply. 
• The people who cannot afford the housing facilities are eligible to apply under this scheme.

Allotment Process

• First, an applicant needs to apply for this scheme online through the official website.
• The mode of allotment will be computer-generated and will be based on the unique random number technique. 
• The draw will be held in the presence of 3 independent observers. 
• The result of this draw will be displayed on the official website of DDA. 
• Also, the demand comes allotment letter will be issued within 24 hours after the booking amount is verified and realized by the authority
• Then the allottee must deposit the demanded amount within 90 days 
• Applicants need to submit the documents and the possession letter will be issued through the online mode
