Eligibility Criteria
According to the category
- The annual income of persons who fall under the EWS category shall not exceed INR 6 lakh.
- The citizen’s and his or her spouse’s income from the previous 12 months must be included in the yearly income.
- Citizens must earn more than INR 6 lakh per year in order to qualify for the LIG category. Under the LIG category, there is no income cap.

- In India, residents who fall within the EWS categories, along with their spouse and unmarried children, should not own a Pucca House.
- Citizens in the LIG category, along with their spouse and unmarried children, are not allowed to own a home in Navi Mumbai.
Certificate of domicile
- Both residents must have lived in Maharashtra state permanently for at least 15 years in order to qualify for the EWS or LIC categories.

Application Process
Step 1: Candidates register
