About DA Govind Vihar Housing Scheme

DA Govind Vihar Housing Scheme was created by the Jaipur Development Authority to provide housing facilities to people belonging to economically weaker sections and low-income group categories. Under this scheme, affordable housing options will be provided to the individual and their families. These flats will be located with easy access in the city that offers 1 BHK 2 BHK and 3 BHK flat sizes. Registration under this scheme was started on 25 December 2024. Interested candidates have applied under this scheme till 8 Feb 2025. All those applicants who have applied under this scheme are waiting for the lottery result that will be drawn on 20 February 2025.

Motive of JDA Govind Vihar Lottery

The primary motive of JDA Govind Vihar Lottery is to provide affordable housing facilities to the people belonging to the economical vehicle section and low-income group categories. Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan 
• The age of the applicant must be above 18 years 
• The candidate must not have a residential plot or house in Jaipur city on their own name or their spouse’s name. 
• The annual family income should not exceed more than INR 3 to INR 20 lakhs for each income group.
